Immigrant communities are vulnerable and rely on COCD for protection. When this trust is broken, it causes long-term harm to children, families and communities. We are committed to safeguarding the communities we serve and upholding the trust placed in us. Safeguarding is inherent in the first principle of our Core Values and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harm caused by COCD representatives, partners, programs, or operations. As such, we have a system in place that ensures protection.
