Meet Our Team
Cross Over Community Development is led by the Executive Director and a group of COCD staff and volunteers.
Oversees hiring, employment processes, maintaining records, compliance, and other administrative duties. Responsible for overseeing fundraising and ensuring sound financial practices.
Organizes and maintains a list of all current and past volunteers and volunteer applications. Communicates with volunteers and provides more detailed information on open volunteer positions.
Meet Our Board
Responsible for general financial oversight. Funding, fundraising, sales, financial planning, and budgeting.
Responsible for the process of meetings. Responsible for arranging meetings, and keeping formal records.
Guides the organization towards a sustainable future. Promotes and advances our mission.
