Meet Our Team
Cross Over Community Development is led by the Executive Director and a group of COCD staff and volunteers.
Oversees hiring, employment processes, maintaining records, compliance, and other administrative duties. Responsible for overseeing fundraising and ensuring sound financial practices.
Organizes and maintains a list of all current and past volunteers and volunteer applications. Communicates with volunteers and provides more detailed information on open volunteer positions.

Head of the Committee on Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships
Chairs the Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships Committee. He is an Assistant Professor of Geology at The University of Dayton.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings and maintains formal records.
Advises the Board on financial strategies and fundraising.
